Happy 2021 Promiseland Families!
As the new year begins, my prayer is that we give new zeal to our pursuit of knowing God and delighting in Him! From that place of satisfaction and joy we can overflow with His goodness and share Him with others. I want to share with you the general plans for the coming months in Promiseland.
Outline of Teaching Plans:
January begins a new Volume in The Gospel Project for Kids- Volume 9: Jesus the Savior. We begin in Unit 25: The Kingdom Come.
February we will spend a month focused on what the Bible teaches about Loving Others.
March we will focus on Unit 26: To the Cross, focusing in on Jesus’ days leading up to his death on the cross.
April we will begin celebrating Easter and the Resurrection, spending the whole month focused on what happened directly after the resurrection.
May we begin Volume 10: The Mission Begins, starting with Unit 28: The Holy Spirit Empowers.
I hope this helps you have a vision for where we are headed this semester. Even though we don’t know what life will look like with the pandemic and summer plans are still unclear, we at least know what our focus will be for teaching!
